A reservation is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing, and each stay is governed by the rental agreement and house rules we provide when you book, including rates, deposits, payment, cancellation, occupancy, pets, and check-in and check-out times. If those documents conflict with these terms, the rental agreement controls.

We try to keep descriptions, photos, amenities, and availability accurate and up to date, but they may contain errors or change without notice. Photos are representative. Information about restaurants, attractions, and other third parties is provided for convenience and may be out of date, so please check with them directly.
